Refund policy
We accept returns only in cases of quality issues or defects. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@ecruyarn.ca, along with a description (and photos, if possible). Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for the return.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@ecruyarn.ca.
